The product has a problem on the gimball,does not work, 400$ for nothing, can’t calibrate gimball or compass.

I think the product is not reliable. It’s extremely delicate and since it flies high prone to damage but not sturdy enough so be ready for damages. Customer service isn’t great. The seller Adorama won’t help you if there’s a damage and DJI customer service is behind a screen. The service doesn’t exist and trust me that’s very important coz every time the drone would fly there’s a chance for accidents to happen. Product wise; very good but I think a flyer needs an assurance that his back is covered to make great videos Unfortunately DJI doesn’t do that.
